Robin Hickey, Programs Board President

Robin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Child and Family Services from SUNY Plattsburgh.  Robin recently retired as a Program Planner from the NYS Developmental Disabilities Planning Council and has worked in the disabilities field for almost 40 years. She is a parent of a  child who receives services from Wildwood.

Dawn Mengel, Programs Board Vice President

Dawn resides in Guilderland with her husband, Greg, and two children, Marin and Grant. She enjoys travel, golf, going to the theatre and cheering for her son and the rest of the varsity Basketball team at Guilderland High School.

John Riley, Programs Board Treasurer

John is an architect and partner with Hoffman and Riley Architects, LLP which was founded in 1996. He is registered in New York State and is a graduate of Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY. John lives in Albany, NY.

Margie Castellana, Programs Board Secretary

Margie is employed as a Controller at New York State Industries for Disabled. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Russell Sage College.  Margie lives in Schenectady, NY.

Joe Fitzgerald

Joe is currently a faculty member and administrator at Siena College. He is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy with a major in American Political Systems and has a Master of Public Administration from the University of Memphis. Joe retired from the U.S. Navy in 2001, following 23 ½ years of active duty service. He is a member of the American Society for Public Administration, the U.S. Naval Institute and the Military Officers Association of America. Joe lives in Troy, NY.

Adam Breault

Adam is an attorney with the law firm Meyers and Meyers, LLP.  He has served as Vice President and Director of Capital Alliance of Young Professionals, Inc. Adam earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Siena College in 2000 and a Juris Doctorate from Albany Law School in 2003.  Adam lives in Albany, NY

Bill Hedberg, Ph.D.

Bill is Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs at the University at Albany.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the State University of New York Collage at Brockport, and his Doctorate in Educational Foundations from the University at Albany.  Bill lives in Albany, NY.

Karen Nagy

Karen Nagy is a retired Special Education teacher. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the State University at Oneonta and a Master of Science degree in Special Education from the State University at Albany. Karen lives in Rexford NY and is the parent of a young man who receives services from Wildwood.

Jamie Margelot

Jamie is a Real Property Administrator for BBL Management. He received his RPA credentialing through BOMI International. Jamie lives in East Nassau.

Scott Miller

Scott is a Landscape Architect at CLA Site in Saratoga Springs. He has a Civil Engineering Technology Degree and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from SUNY Buffalo.  Scott lives in  Queensbury, NY.

Martin Patrick

Martin is a Senior Human Resources Consultant/Manager employed at Pinnacle HR, LLC in Albany.  He received his Master’s Degree in HR Management from Pace University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).  Martin lives in East Greenbush, NY.

Richard Lipman

Richard Lipman is a Partner in UHY LLP and a Managing Director in UHY Advisors NY, Inc.  Rich is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and Massachusetts. Rich provides a full range of accounting, auditing, consulting and tax services to a broad array of businesses.  Rich currently serves as a Board member of Wildwood Programs where he is  the Chair of Wildwood’s Finance Committee and Chair of Wildwood’s Audit Committee.

Wilma Schmeler

Wilma is a retired school teacher. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from SUNY Potsdam. Wilma is a longstanding active community volunteer and philanthropist. She lives with her husband Frank in Nassau, NY.

Kelley Schultz

Kelley is an honors graduate from HVCC with an Associate’s Degree in Human Services. She is employed as an Assistant Trainer in the Quality Assurance Department at Catholic Charities Disabilities Services. Kelley is a strong self-advocate and voice for all people with disabilities. She is a member of United People’s Self Advocacy Group. Kelley lives in Castleton, NY.

Carol Kriss

Carol retired from the Office for People With Developmental Disabilities, where she was a Statewide Coordinator of Medicaid Service Coordination.  She holds a Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling from Hunter College.  Carol lives in Latham, NY.

Roseanne O’Brien

Roseanne retired from Blue Cross Blue Shield after a long career as a Human Resource professional.  She also worked as an adult educator in a number of businesses and government agencies. Roseanne earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from Georgian Court University. She pursued graduate work in English at the University of Maryland, and in Business at Sage Graduate School.  Roseanne lives in Albany, NY.

Kevin Banes

Kevin is a partner at Statewide Public Affairs Inc. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from the State University at Buffalo and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University at Albany’s Rockefeller College of Public Affairs and Policy. Kevin lives in Albany, NY
