Many of us have been spending more time in our chairs and in our homes, and because of it, our physical health may be suffering. In this 1-hour session, we will discuss the benefits of a regular yoga practice, and spend some time learning how we can practice yoga and stretching while we are seated, or near a chair/desk. No yoga mat needed...just yourself!
