Lisa Clifford, President
Key Private Bank
Lisa joined Key in 2009 and has been advising clients for over 25 years. She earned a B.S. in management with a concentration in finance from St. John Fisher College. Since 2008, Lisa has appeared monthly to share relevant and timely advice on a variety of financial topics on NBC affiliate, WNYT-TV13 “Money Monday” midday show. Lisa holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor certification administered by the Investments & Wealth Institute®. She also holds the Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor® certification, through the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors®. Lisa is active in the community and is President of Wildwood Foundation and Chair of the Board of Trustees of Make-A-Wish Northeast New York.Lisa resides in Guilderland with her husband, Tim and two sons, Christian and John.
Ken Jubie, Vice President
SEFCU
Ken Jubie is the Vice President of Communications and Public Relations at SEFCU. He is responsible for leading employee communications, public relations, multimedia content creation, and video production efforts for SEFCU, one of the 50 largest credit unions in the United States. Before joining the SEFCU team, Ken served as Manager of Media Services at his alma mater, Siena College. He also taught in Siena’s broadcast journalism program. Prior to working at Siena, Ken was a television news reporter and anchor at what is now Spectrum News in Albany. He also worked behind the scenes in television news and as a radio host and disc jockey. Ken is a proud graduate of Siena College and holds a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. Ken lives in Colonie with his wife Laura and three young sons.
Elizabeth Dumas, Treasurer
Elizabeth Dumas joined the Wildwood Foundation Board in 2014 and currently serves as Foundation Treasurer and a member of the Compliance, Finance and Audit Committees. From 2010 until her retirement at the end of 2020, Elizabeth worked in the New York State Court System as Principal Law Clerk to the Hon. Barry D. Kramer and the Hon. Michael V. Coccoma, Justices of the Supreme Court in Schenectady and Otsego Counties. She ended her career in the Court system as Acting Support Magistrate in Schenectady and Montgomery County Family Courts. Elizabeth was an attorney and partner for 30 years in the Albany law firm of Ainsworth, Sullivan. She has served on a number of Not for Profit Boards over the years. She lives in Colonie with her husband Charles and enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and family.
Kira Pogge-Brewka, Secretary
Kira Pogge Creations, LLC
Kira joined the Wildwood Foundations Board in 2012 and has been involved with Wildwood as an intern and volunteer since 2008. She's proud to serve on the board with a very talented and passionate group of professionals. Kira holds a Masters in Communications from The College of Saint Rose and has worked in marketing and communications since 2008. She now works as an independent consultant helping small and medium-sized businesses bring their stories to life through strategic social media and content strategy. Kira lives in North Greenbush with her husband, Damian and loves spending time with her family and friends.
Richard Conley
Adirondack Trust Financial Services, Inc.
Rick is Senior Vice President of Adirondack Trust Financial Services, Inc. He brokers Commercial Insurance and Bonds for clients in the Construction and Development industries. Rick received his B.S in Economics from the State University at New Paltz and attended Union College for his MBA. Rick lives with his two daughters in Slingerlands, New York.
Bonnie Daggett
Bonnie (Buckley) Daggett is a native of Schenectady. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration at SUNY Albany and her Master’s degree in Technical Communication at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Earlier in her career, Bonnie worked for the New York Association for the Learning Disabled, and then managed the Program Implementation Center under the State Education Department through a CUNY grant. In 1991, Bonnie with her husband Bill, co-founded and managed the International Center for Leadership in Education, and a few years later Daggett Development, LLC, and the non-profit Successful Practices Network. Bonnie has been an active volunteer in the Capital Region for many years, supporting such organizations as Proctors, the Schenectady Symphony Orchestra, Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital, and the Albany-Tula Alliance to name a few. However, Bonnie’s true passion has been working to benefit Wildwood Programs, where she has been actively involved since 1977 when her daughter Audrey first started receiving services from Wildwood School. She served on Wildwood’s 2007 Capital Campaign, Every Day: The Campaign for Wildwood, and has been serving on its Foundation Board for 17 years. Bonnie was honored by the New York State Senate as one of its 2011 Women of Distinction for her work enriching the quality of life in her community. Bonnie lives in Niskayuna with her husband Bill. They have five children and 11 grandchildren.
Lee French
Multiexport Foods
Lee holds a BS degree in Business Administration/Marketing. Lee is currently the National Retail Sales Manager for Multiexport Foods which is a Farm Raised Salmon company in Chile specializing in Fresh, Frozen and Smoked Salmon products. Prior to this he was the Senior Vice President of National Sales for Yankee Trader Seafood for just over 3 years. Lee spent just over 42 years with Price Chopper/Market 32 with his last 20 years as the Vice President of Deli/Food Service/Specialty Cheese Merchandising and as the Vice President of Seafood Merchandising. Lee and his wife Eileen have raised 4 sons – Brendan 35, Cory 34, Brett 31 and Collin 27. Lee and Eileen live in Rotterdam and will be moving to Saratoga Lake in the Spring, they have 3 Grandchildren. Lee loves his involvement with Wildwood and in his spare time is a College and High School Women’s Basketball Referee.
Pennie Gonzalez
Pennie’s career began at Ed Lewi Associates, managing shows, promotions and spearheading media buying. After serving as marketing director for the Wilton Mall in the mid-to late-1990s, Pennie began a 15-year career in radio sales working for two of the leading broadcast media companies in Albany’s Capital Region. Pennie served as sales manager of non-traditional revenue for Clear Channel radio before continuing her career in radio sales for Albany Broadcasting as senior account manager. In 2012, Pennie acquired the Capital District Garden and Flower Show where she plays dual roles as both owner and event manager. The show is an annual harbinger of spring in the Capital Region where Pennie can combine her love for gardening with her passion for marketing and event management.

Vicky Hiffa
New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council
Vicky Hiffa has been a long time advocate for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She currently serves on the Autism Spectrum Disorders Advisory Board and has previously served on the Developmental Disabilities Planning Council, the Early Intervention Coordinating Council and the Early Childhood Advisory Council. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Rockefeller College and is currently the Acting Executive Director for the New York State Developmental Disabilities Planning Council. She resides in Loudonville and has three children, one of whom is served by Wildwood Programs.
Kevin Kelly
Vice President Investments, Janney Montgomery Scott
Kevin has worked in the Investment Industry since 1984. Currently as a Senior Vice President-Financial Advisor with RBC Wealth Management. Kevin helps clients build, preserve and distribute wealth by means of customized Investment and Financial plans. A supporter of Wildwood for over 20 years, Kevin has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Wildwood Foundation since 2001, and as President of the board from 2006-2010. Additionally,Kevin serves on a number of committees, including the Investment and Development Committees. Kevin resides in East Greenbush with his wife Kellie and has two adult sons, Ryan and Sean.

Peter Loyola
CLA SITE
Peter has over 30 years of design, construction and environmental permitting experience as a Landscape Architect and Planning Consultant. As the Founder of CLA SITE in Saratoga Springs, he provides innovative leadership and offers creative technical solutions to public and private developers, universities, housing authorities, municipalities, and industrial corporations. Peter holds a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture from the College of Environmental Science and Forestry in Syracuse, New York.
Patrick Noonan
El Loco Mexican Cafe
Patrick Noonan has spent most of his life in the restaurant business, first at his family-owned Orchard Tavern & Restaurant, and as owner of El Loco Mexican Cafe, Ben and Jerry's/SOLYVE, LLC and formerly Debbie's Kitchen. He is Chairman of the Lark Street Business Improvement District and owner of several properties within the Lark Street Corridor. He also serves as the National Alumni President for the Niagara University Alumni Association. Patrick was introduced to Wildwood through the "Undisputed Champions" boxing program and is a proud member of the Wildwood Events Committee. Patrick resides in Loudonville and enjoys skiing with his two young daughters, Olive and Sylvie, and watching Formula 1.

Kimberly Osborne-Allen
Wells Fargo Advisors
Kim is a Field Support Manager with over 30 years of operational experience in the financial industry. She began her career at Prudential Securities and through firm mergers, was also with Wachovia Securities, and is now with Wells Fargo Advisors. She specializes in operational oversight, issue resolution, and process and procedural management. In addition, Kim is responsible for Client Associate Supervision and Development. Prior to joining the Board of Directors for Wildwood Foundation, she was a member of the Wildwood Events Committee. Kim resides in Colonie with her husband Todd and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Dush Pathmanandam
The AYCO Company
Dush is a managing director in Goldman Sach’s Private Wealth Management Division, working with institutional, family office and ultra-high net worth clients. Before joining Goldman Sachs, Dush was chief equity strategist and portfolio manager at Butterfield Asset Management in Bermuda, responsible for Global Equities in private client portfolios and managed funds. Prior to that, he was the investment manager of the European subsidiary of Forester Life, managing UK and European equities and fixed-income funds. Dush has served as president of the Foundation Board for the Wildwood Foundation and is a current board member and an executive committee member of the Albany Symphony Orchestra. He earned a BSc, with honors, in Actuarial Science from City University, London, UK, in 1990 and is an associate of the UK Society of Investment Professionals and CFA Institute.

Frank Schmeler
Frank is returning to Wildwood’s Foundation Board after a one year break in service, having served on the Board for nine years. He is a graduate of Clarkson University and a member of their Board of Trustees. Frank is the retired Chairman and CEO of Albany International Corporation. Along with his wife, Frank co-chaired Wildwood’s Capital Campaign. He is also a member of Wildwood’s Community Advisory Group and Investment Committee. In his spare time, Frank is a volunteer driver of blood products for the American Red Cross. He and his wife, Wilma, reside in Nassau. They are proud parents of three children and six grandchildren.
Lauren Sherman
CT Male
Lauren has over 14 years of civil engineering, site utility and stormwater management design experience working as a Civil Engineer/Project Manager at C.T. Male Associates. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in Kingston, Rhode Island. Lauren has been an active volunteer in the Capital Region, regularly participating in a number of programs, including Capital Region CANstruction as team co-captain and judge, as a Future Cities mentor for the City of Albany & North Colonie School teams and by serving on the Regional Food Bank’s Chef and Vintners’ Harvest Dinner Committee. Lauren also serves on the Wildwood Facilities Committee and enjoys participating in Wildwood’s many community events. She enjoys gardening, yoga, painting and spending time with family. Lauren resides in Latham with her husband, Matt, and their son, Benjamin
