Mosaic Village is an inclusive community space where people come together to learn, connect, and try new things in a welcoming and supportive environment. Built on the belief that everyone deserves opportunities to belong and participate in their community, Mosaic Village creates meaningful experiences that encourage social connection, personal growth, and community engagement for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.

At the center of Mosaic Village is the Mosaic Community Hub, a dynamic space that offers a variety of interactive sessions and activities designed to bring people together. These sessions are led by local businesses, organizations, and community partners who share their talents, expertise, and passions with participants. From art, music, and movement classes to wellness workshops, educational opportunities, and social experiences, the Mosaic Community Hub provides opportunities for individuals to explore new interests, build confidence, and form lasting relationships.

The Mosaic Community Hub was created to foster inclusion and strengthen community connections throughout Cohoes and the entire Capital Region by providing accessible and engaging experiences for everyone. Through collaboration with local partners and organizations, the hub creates opportunities for participants to become more involved in their community while discovering new hobbies, developing skills, and building meaningful friendships along the way.

Mosaic Community hub is located at 55 Sargent Street Cohoes, NY 12047. There is public parking in front of the building and side parking  as needed. We are also on the 182 bus line.

Everyone. Mosaic is designed for the general public, including people with and without disabilities to share experiences in one inclusive space.

Mosaic works as a starting point to try something new in a welcoming, accessible environment. Many participants go on to engage with partners in the broader community.

Mosaic works best as part of your life, not the whole of it. It fits between and within things like work, parenting, school, or day programs. It is a place to try something new, build confidence, and connect. From there, many people take those skills and relationships into volunteering, employment, and other community opportunities.

Like any community space, things can come up. Partners are given simple guidance, and we encourage attendees to come with support if needed. Our goal is to create a space that is welcoming, respectful, and flexible for everyone.
